Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Housing Bank, confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain attracts exhibitions and conferences specialized in the real estate sector reflects the great mobility of this vital sector, as one of the main reaches of Bahrain's national economy Cityscape Bahrain for the third consecutive year.
Minister Al-Rumaihi added that the participation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Housing Bank in the Cityscape Bahrain Expo coincides with the acceleration of work on projects and programmes of government-private partnership pathways in the social housing sector s Land Development Rights Programme in partnership with the private sector, Or through the Housing Finance Program, which sees interaction by banks and banks involved in the provision of "Facilitation" and "Created Class Benefits" funding.
The Minister explained that the pavilion of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank of the Fair highlights the results of the partnership with real estate developers during the last phase of the implementation of projects of the Government Land Development Rights Program Housing projects have been launched for future citizens to benefit from the Housing Finance Programme. With the aim of diversifying options and increasing the supply of housing unit projects, the Ministry offers opportunities during the exhibition to participate in future projects, especially the Ministry intends to offer its bids during 2025.
Minister Al-Rumaihi explained that the Jinnah reviews the financing options offered to citizens in partnership with banks and commercial banks in the Kingdom and the multiplicity of purposes of financing access to housing, The program has contributed to the provision of thousands of housing services to citizens since its launch in its developed version in 2022, and has witnessed a turnout by citizens. Especially on the waiting list of other services, where statistics indicate that 80% of beneficiaries made the conversion of the housing application to one of the financing options services to obtain housing without waiting. Through the ministry's pavilion, funding consultations will be provided to visitors to the exhibition.
The Minister stated that participation in the exhibition will also see the presentation of the features and projects contained in the platform Betty Real Estate by Housing Bank, which is experiencing a growing number of users, as a result of its diversified options for available properties at prices commensurate with the value of housing finance, notes that the platform offers great flexibility to view the details, spaces and prices of real estate provided by real estate companies in the Kingdom.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning expressed her aspirations for the success of the Cityscape Bahrain Expo and the achievement of the aims of hosting it, appreciating the efforts of the hosts and organizers of this exhibition, which is one of the most prominent international real estate exhibitions.
