The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the transfer of the service "Authorization to inquire about bank accounts" This electronic transformation of the service aims to shorten the documents that citizens must bring to the Ministry to calculate the average monthly income and determine the applicability of the housing service's monthly income standard.
The Ministry reported that according to the new electronic service, the citizen's procedure will be limited to visiting the remote customer service center platform via the Ministry's website. The service form is filled out with the required data, which entitles the Ministry and Housing Bank to inquire about entrepreneurs' bank accounts and business records. Consequently, the citizen does not need to bring these documents from several bodies, as was previously the case, thereby reducing the period required for the procedure for accepting the housing application.
The Ministry stressed that the aim of this measure is to continue the policy of shortening the procedures, and to provide the necessary flexibility for citizens to terminate their housing transactions without the need for personal presence at the Ministry's premises, noting that this upgraded service is a product of proposals submitted by citizens to the Ministry through direct channels of communication, including the National System of Proposals and Complaints "Connect", Ministry hotline 80008001, instant written conversation service, and other interactive channels available via the customer service platform.
The Ministry indicated that this updated e-service is in line with the objective set out in the Government Programme 2023-2026 to support efforts to digitize government services and transactions and to gradually make them fully electronic. It is also in line with citizens' proposals received by the Ministry through its various channels for the development of services provided to citizens.
