The ministry stated that since the first hours of the opening of the exhibition, the "Suhail" project pavilion witnessed a great turnout by citizens, and a large number of units were booked by citizens who meet the criteria for benefiting from the financing services provided by the ministry through the "Facilitation" program and "Mazayat category". It is scheduled that the citizens who have reserved the units will complete the purchase procedures within the next few days.
The ministry indicated that the percentage of reservations achieved in the "Suhail" project on the first day of the exhibition reflects the goals of the government land rights development program in providing a supply base of housing units that matches the value of the funds granted by the ministry to citizens, as the value of housing units does not exceed 99 thousand dinars, indicating at the time He pointed out that the commercial banks participating in the exhibition provide exclusive offers to help citizens choose housing units immediately.
In a related context, the Ministry reported on the percentage of citizens' turnout to visit the Housing Finance Exhibition in its second edition, which witnessed a great turnout by citizens, as the number of attendees on the first day exceeded 2,000 citizens, noting that the citizens visited the booth of the Ministry of Housing and Planning when they visited the exhibition. They also looked at the projects of units, apartments and residential plots provided by the real estate development companies participating in the exhibition.
