The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning stated that the percentage of reservations in the "Suhail" housing project, which was kindly inaugurated by His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister yesterday morning, and which represents the first projects of the government land rights development program, has reached 30% on the first day of the exhibition Housing Finance, held at City Center Bahrain from 15 to 24 June.

It is scheduled that the citizens who have reserved the units will complete the purchase procedures within the next few days.

The ministry indicated that the percentage of reservations achieved in the "Suhail" project on the first day of the exhibition reflects the goals of the government land rights development program in providing a supply base of housing units that matches the value of the funds granted by the ministry to citizens, as the value of housing units does not exceed 99 thousand dinars, indicating at the time He pointed out that the commercial banks participating in the exhibition provide exclusive offers to help citizens choose housing units immediately.

In a related context, the Ministry reported on the percentage of citizens' turnout to visit the Housing Finance Exhibition in its second edition, which witnessed a great turnout by citizens, as the number of attendees on the first day exceeded 2,000 citizens, noting that the citizens visited the booth of the Ministry of Housing and Planning when they visited the exhibition. Al-Omrani to ensure that their requests conform to the criteria for eligibility for financing services. They also looked at the projects of units, apartments and residential plots provided by the real estate development companies participating in the exhibition.
