The Ministry of Housing urged all auditors to take advantage of the electronic services available around the clock through the electronic platform of the ministry and through the website of the National Portal of the Information and eGovernment Authority bahrain.bh.
The ministry referred to the most prominent services available through its electronic platform, which are represented in “submitting a new housing application, inquiring about housing applications, updating contact and bank account data, submitting an application for benefits, submitting a financing application, and others... explaining that this comes in line with the leadership and progress of the Kingdom of Bahrain on The level of investment in information and communication technology in the field of sustainable development, and it comes in line with the unified framework of government programs in its updated second version with the aim of facilitating procedures for auditors, in line with the current conditions and achieving social distancing, as well as ensuring that they are presented quickly and efficiently, and reducing the percentage of congestion to 75%.
The Ministry of Housing noted that with regard to services that require personal attendance, it is necessary to book an appointment in advance by communicating through the hotline of the National Contact Center 80008001, in order to avoid the presence of a large number of auditors in the customer service center, with the need to highlight the green logo in the community application. Conscious, and the reference should not be less than 18 years old.
This step comes as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Housing to develop administrative procedures that support national precautionary efforts to contain and prevent the spread of the Corona virus, and to enhance preventive measures that achieve social separation.
