Engineer Basem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamr, Minister of Housing, confirmed that the Excellence Award in Communication with Clients has become a success story that reflects the extent of the esteemed government's keenness to serve citizens and communicate with them, and to work on resolving their observations and benefiting from their proposals, which is consistent with the axis of developing government services stipulated in the program The government, expressing the pride of all the employees of the Ministry of Housing for the Ministry's winning of that award for the fifth year in a row.

The Minister of Housing noted that the directives of the wise leadership and the esteemed government regarding the need to communicate with citizens represent the roadmap that resulted in all development programs to diversify communication channels and ensure that they respond to comments and inquiries with high efficiency.

The Minister of Housing said that winning the award for the fifth year confirms the success of the ministry’s system in communicating with citizens through the various available channels, foremost of which is the “Tawasul” program, which the ministry pays great attention to in terms of responding quickly to the observations and inquiries received by the ministry through it, pointing out that The rate of response to the program exceeds more than 1000 citizens per month, indicating that the mechanism of dealing with the Tawasul program has moved from the stage of dealing as part of the daily work system of the Ministry to a comprehensive daily system in the mechanism of dealing with citizens' observations over the past six years.

 

 

The Minister of Housing expressed his pride in the honorable achievement achieved by the Ministry, which confirms the great effort it has made in customer service and positive communication with the public, expressing thanks to the work team based on following up on the Ministry's Tawasul program for what they attach to the seriousness and interest, and their keenness to continue working with the same efficiency and without Affected during the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic in the Kingdom.

The minister added that this achievement comes with the concerted efforts of all administrators and employees, which contributed to achieving this victory with distinction and distinction. His Excellency the Minister stated: “The Ministry of Housing is proud that it was one of the first entities to join the program of communicating with clients, and today it is reaping the fruit of that by winning this award, and I congratulate the work teams for this achievement, which is a medal of appreciation for all the Ministry’s employees, looking forward that this award will be a motive for the Ministry To exert more efforts for the benefit of the country and the citizens, "explaining that this victory confirms the love for challenge and passion for achievement that characterizes the Ministry’s affiliates and reflects their permanent aspirations to achieve the best for the Ministry and the Kingdom of Bahrain in particular.
