The Minister said during a working meeting with the working team formed to develop electronic programs, activities and applications that the next stage must be focused on enhancing the concept of work and digital services in various sectors of the ministry, setting executive plans for artificial intelligence, and working to simplify the procedures for submitting the housing application through the site or The electronic application of the ministry without the need for the citizen to attend in person as much as possible.

He added that the focus should also be on the need to accelerate the electronic linking of joint transactions between the ministry and the housing bank, work to introduce geographic information systems into the ministry's applications, complete the link with the relevant government agencies, develop the electronic application of the ministry, as well as link the departments electronically and phase out transactions Leafy.

During the meeting, the work tasks performed during the first stage of the digital transformation were reviewed, as efforts were made to launch the website, and the bulk of services such as new application submission services, update requests, query services and maintenance requests to electronic services that could be submitted on the website were discussed instead From visiting the ministry, in addition to the interactive services it contains to communicate with citizens through the available electronic channels, in addition to the media platform that displays all the news and housing information in real time.

Also, developments in the file of linking the ministry electronically with the relevant ministries and government agencies were discussed, with the aim of reducing the volume of transactions required of citizens through their availability on the ministry's database via electronic linking with these bodies, and this comes in line with what was stated in the government’s work program on facilitating Actions on citizens when completing government transactions.
