The Minister of Housing pointed out that the website comes as a result of the Ministry’s vision in keeping pace with technical developments and entering the digital world, in line with the esteemed government’s directions regarding facilitating citizen reviews, as the Ministry seeks to provide quality services to citizens by visiting the online platform, where services provide easy navigation And the transfer of the request from one section to another without the need for paperwork, and added: "We seek to automate the regulations in force in the Ministry of Housing and provide a distinct service to all citizens, and the doors of the ministry will remain open to all."

The Minister also indicated that electronic services are distinguished by their direct connection to the housing database, which is linked and integrated with the databases of many institutions and different government agencies, which will provide real-time, updated and accurate data on an ongoing basis, adding at the same time that this service in addition to the new electronic services launched by The Ministry recently via the website enriches housing applicants or those who wish to submit them about the need for personal attendance at the Ministry building, which will reduce congestion by more than 75 percent, and will reduce the time required to complete transactions, as the Ministry receives about 114 thousand inquiries annually.
Al-Hamr pointed out that the most prominent services included in the new electronic platform for the ministry are the service of submitting a new application, the service of updating the existing applications, and the service of submitting a maintenance request to the beneficiaries of housing projects, in addition to providing the site for the maps of the units and apartments.
He also clarified that this platform will be comprehensive that answers the questions of the auditors through the available doors, as it includes a summary of the Ministry’s structure and information on the social housing program “Mazaya” that includes financiers and real estate developers, and it also provides a special window that contains a set of answers to frequent inquiries, and other sections The other.

The modernization of the electronic system of the Ministry of Housing in its new situation is one of the fruits of the housing plan that the ministry began implementing since the beginning of 2012, where the ministry was able through that plan to create a new database for citizen data, and link it to the databases in a number of relevant ministries, to facilitate Obtaining the necessary information for citizens automatically.

It is mentioned that the ministry previously launched the service of submitting new housing applications in addition to the service to update requests electronically by visiting the site, and all auditors can make updates by scanning the barcode through their mobile phones, and these updates include general updates, allocation updates, updates Housing bonus and other updates.
