The Housing Bank confirmed that it has started from today to return the sums of the month of April to all citizens benefiting from housing loans, in compliance with the decision of the Council of Ministers on postponing the monthly installments of housing services due to citizens for a period of 6 months, and to stop collecting monthly rents from tenants and beneficiaries from the shops owned by the Housing Bank for a period of 3 Months from April, and he clarified that he completed all coordination procedures with all banks cooperating in these funds, as it is hoped that all amounts will be returned within the next few days.

It is mentioned that the decision to stop the monthly installments will include all citizens who benefit from the services of housing units and ownership apartments in addition to the purchase, construction and repair funds. The decision also includes stopping the collection of monthly rents for citizens who rent commercial stores from the Housing Bank.
