"Housing": limited to updating applications "electronically" ... and observing the dates of the review
The Ministry of Housing said that within the framework of its developmental procedures to deal with housing reviews, and to facilitate procedures for citizens, the Ministry announced that, starting on Sunday, 1 March, this service will be limited to updating housing requests data by reviewing the Ministry's website only, within the framework of The Ministry's continuous efforts to improve the services provided to auditors.
The Ministry also stated that a review of the Customer Service Center in the Ministry will be limited to receiving citizens who have been provided with dates for review based on their request that they made through contacting the call center, provided that all inquiries and observations are directed to the Ministry through the call service on the number 80008001, provided that The Ministry responds to the content of the inquiry or note within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of contact.
The ministry noted that these measures aim to improve the quality of services provided by the ministry to citizens, as the ministry seeks to commit to improving services provided to clients of the customer service center, by receiving auditors on the dates specified for them without delay, and avoiding delaying auditors who did not obtain advance dates for review.
The Ministry affirmed that these developmental measures come in line with the esteemed government directives and the government's work program on facilitating governmental procedures in front of citizens, especially those related to auditor services.
