"
Engineer Basem Al-Hamr said that the delivery of the Ramli project units comes within the projects of the new Bahrain cities, after the projects of the cities of Salman, Khalifa and East Hidd were opened, and the citizens were settled in these new cities, noting that this step added to the achievements of the esteemed government aimed at implementing an order His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, building 40 thousand housing units.
The Minister of Housing stated that the new Bahraini cities represent the pillars of the Ministry’s plan to implement an order to build 40,000 housing units, which is the result of the previous and current government program. The distinguished government, all of which contribute to the implementation of housing obligations, including work to provide 25 thousand housing units.
The Minister pointed out that the delivery of units for the first phase of the Ramli suburb project comes after the visit of His Excellency Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Development and Infrastructure Projects to open the project during the Kingdom's celebrations of the glorious National Day, where the readiness of the units was completed at 100%. The Ministry also completed secondary infrastructure works, marking the start of housing for the project.

Al-Hamr stressed that the ministry will continue its efforts to implement His Majesty's order and the honorable government directives, through implementing more housing projects packages in the new cities of Bahrain, in addition to the ministry’s endeavors to start work on establishing East Sitra units, after the ministry recently concluded a project implementation contract In cooperation with the Chinese CMEC company, it is beneficial that the axis of implementation of the new Bahrain cities is progressing steadily to achieve the aspirations of citizens and meet their housing demands.
It is worth noting that the Housing Services Department at the Ministry of Housing has started notifying citizens benefiting from the first stage of Ramli suburb housing to come to the Ministry to finish the procedures for receiving the contract and documentation, provided that the dates of receipt are determined after completing these procedures by calling the number 80008001, for the Department of Housing Property Management By handing them over according to a set schedule.
