The Ministry of Housing confirmed that the development of staff working in the ministry comes at the top of its priorities, through qualitative and specialized training programs in various fields.
This came during the educational workshop organized by the Human and Financial Resources Department at the Ministry under the auspices of Engineer Bassem bin Yaqoub Al Hamar, Minister of Housing, and in cooperation with the Human Resources Department of the Housing Bank, under the title "Organizational Structure - Foundations of Evaluation" in the Ministry's Council.
The Ministry of Housing said that the training programs held by the ministry come within the framework of raising government performance and supporting the future course of its employees and affiliates, in line with its plans and visions and in line with the government program, indicating that the employee is the real means that translates its aspirations towards serving the country and the citizen.
The "Housing" added that the importance of the workshop lies in how to evaluate employees by officials in a fair and satisfactory manner, as the workshop included many explanatory and guiding steps for ministry officials, the most important of which was emphasizing how to analyze the job by updating the job description in line with the ministry's goals, and by crystallizing the annual goals and periodically accurately and communicated to the employee. In addition to the role of the official in following up on the employee’s development and the tasks assigned to him, as well as urging him to continuously review the policy of human resources management in the ministry.
For their part, the attendees praised the workshop’s visions and the points it addressed, stressing that the training programs are an important and indispensable element, noting the importance of their continuity and diversity to meet the needs of all departments and sections in the ministry.
The educational workshop was attended by the assistant undersecretaries, heads of departments and groups, and a number of officials in the ministry.
