The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed the continued implementation of procedures for delivering housing voucher projects in the Northern Governorate to beneficiaries of the option to allocate a housing voucher in addition to financing construction through the Tasheel program, which amounts to 40 thousand dinars.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning explained that the electronic withdrawal procedures are carried out smoothly, through the work team clarifying the steps to the beneficiaries and presenting the options available for the withdrawal process to them, stressing the continuation of communication with citizens nominated to benefit from alternative solutions and options, within the framework of the timetable prepared for this purpose within the second phase, which includes 804 housing services.
It is worth noting that the housing plan to provide housing options and solutions included in the plan to meet housing requests whose seniority dates back to the years 2004 and before, includes 3 alternative solutions to obtain housing, as the first option includes allocating a housing voucher supported by funding from the "Tasheel" program worth 40 thousand dinars, with the housing allowance continuing to be disbursed to beneficiaries for two years from the due date The second option is to provide a residential apartment for the beneficiaries with a financial grant of 3,000 dinars, and an exemption for two years from maintenance fees for common areas at the Beneficiaries Union, while the third option is to grant the beneficiaries the maximum funding for the "Tasheel" program worth 70,000 dinars, and to provide it with a non-refundable financial grant worth 10,000 dinars.
