His Excellency Mr. Durjkhand Tugmid, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Mongolia, with Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, visited Salman on Monday morning on the sidelines of His Excellency's visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the visit, Minister Al-Rumaihi reviewed the stages of Bahrain's housing march, particularly in the social housing sector, and the plans and courses of action of the Ministry to provide adequate housing for citizens. s Land Development Rights Programme in partnership with the private sector in addition to the course of completion of planned projects in housing towns, In the framework of the support and interest of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Great Kingdom of the Country, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Minister Al-Rumaihi noted that the housing cities built by the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain ensured the provision of thousands of housing services to citizens, which varied between units, apartments and housing vouchers, in addition to providing quality of life in those cities, an approach that the Government has worked to develop in existing housing cities and in line with the Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
The Minister explained that Salman City is one of the leading and modern housing projects that Bahrain is proud of as a model for building urban communities with integrated infrastructure and services, by providing facilities and services that serve the city's residents and visitors, such as waterfronts and public beaches, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and green spaces.
For his part, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Mongolia expressed his country's desire to strengthen relations and exchange experiences with the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields, including in the field of social housing.
