Accordingly, the Ministry is not the competent authority to provide maintenance of the property or to modify the additions made by the beneficiaries, as they are in the beneficiaries' custody.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirms that it shall proceed with the necessary maintenance of units and apartments within the period of construction guarantees and to ensure internal components throughout the period of utilization in accordance with the provisions of the contract between the Ministry and the beneficiary.
