The Ministry of Housing organized a workshop for staff of the Housing Services Department and the Department of Policy and Strategic Planning, in cooperation with Peru Aeritas, to train staff on the internal audit system, one of the main requirements for ISO 9001: 2015.
The ministry said that the workshop aims to train the Ministry's employees on the latest outputs of the ISO system. The ministry seeks to benefit from this system in developing and improving the administrative work system within the ministry in order to improve the services provided to the citizens.
She added that the implementation of quality system standards is in line with the improvement of the procedures outlined in the unified framework of government programs in its second updated version, focusing on the development of government services to customers.
The Ministry pointed out that since the Shrouf in the implementation of the program of spreading the culture of excellence in 2012, the Ministry has sought to follow the latest and most prominent systems and programs that apply quality standards, including obtaining ISO certification, as the most prominent professional certificates in the field of quality, where the ministry has given the development of administrative work a high priority In its plans and programs, which is reflected in the services provided to citizens.
The ministry said that the workshop, which included departments of housing policies and services, will be extended to other departments and sections during the coming period, where the ministry aims to train all employees on quality standards, especially with regard to the internal audit system, stressing that the ministry seeks to develop future programs aimed at continuing to develop Internal work environment, and attention to the development of the knowledge side of the staff, which contributes to further administrative development in all departments and sections.
