Al-Rumaihi said that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, immediately after the issuance of His Highness the Crown Prince’s order, enumerated the names of the beneficiaries of the housing units, and began communicating with the first batches of citizens, and providing them with dates to come to the Ministry according to the distribution schedule extending until the end of next February, stressing that the Ministry is keen to To facilitate procedures for beneficiary citizens by accelerating the pace of procedures, and coordinating for citizens to receive the keys to residential units as quickly as possible.
The Minister also indicated that the Ministry has begun receiving applications from citizens applying to benefit from housing financing, which is included in the plan to distribute 6,800 housing services, as the Ministry has begun taking the necessary measures to disburse funds to citizens applying via the website, noting that the Ministry has received many requests since the issuance of the order. Requests to book a remote consultation service, and for citizens to visit the customer service center to obtain housing consultations, with the aim of choosing the appropriate type of financing for each family.
The Minister expressed the happiness of the Ministry’s employees with the citizens’ feelings of joy and pleasure in receiving their housing units, coinciding with the Kingdom’s holidays, raising the highest expressions of thanks and gratitude to His Majesty the King of the country.
