The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank concluded the "Mobile Housing Finance Branch" initiative, which lasted for 5 days in the Avenues complex, amid a distinguished presence and turnout from citizens wishing to benefit from the housing finance service.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning said that organizing the initiatives of the mobile branch of housing finance will continue in various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain according to a specific timetable, with the aim of reaching the largest segment of citizens and continuing to introduce housing services and enable them to benefit from them, as the initiative is scheduled to be held during the period from September 3 to 7 at City Center Bahrain Complex.

The initiative witnessed a presence and interaction from citizens throughout the days of the initiative, to learn about immediate services that contribute to obtaining adequate housing, as representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank provided financing consultations to citizens and answered all inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing financing directly.

The Ministry explained that the "Beity Real Estate" platform offered more than 13,000 properties compatible with housing financing, within the (Tasheel) programs of all types, (Tasheel +), the (Mazaya) program, and the new category thereof, as the platform offered residential units, vouchers, and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the feature of virtual tour of projects.

During the initiative, the Housing Bank participated in providing consultations to citizens and solutions that enable them to choose the appropriate type of financing, and introducing citizens to the financing facilities through the banks participating in the program, through the "Betty Real Estate" digital platform calculator, and presenting the social housing projects that are implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens benefiting from financing programs.

It is worth noting that the mobile branch initiative is an extension of a series of ongoing initiatives to enhance citizens' awareness of housing services and their benefit from them, as three editions of housing finance exhibitions were previously organized at the City Center Bahrain complex, in addition to the conference and exhibition on innovation in the social housing sector.
