The period from Friday, August 1, 2025 until Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening, at the Avenues Complex at the entrance to Gate No. (1). 

In this regard, Mr. Haitham Mohamed Kamal, Director of the Communications Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the Mobile Housing Finance Branch initiative is one of the initiatives launched by the Ministry in coordination with the Housing Bank to introduce housing finance as one of the immediate services that enable citizens to obtain housing, noting that the Mobile Branch will provide financing consultations to citizens and answer all inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing finance directly.

He added that this initiative comes as an extension of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance citizens' awareness of housing services and their benefit from them, by organizing three editions of housing finance exhibitions in the City Center Bahrain complex, in addition to the conference and exhibition on innovation in the social housing sector, in addition to organizing the mobile branch initiative in a number of commercial complexes earlier, which are initiatives that witnessed turnout and interaction from citizens As well as introductory lectures on housing finance that are organized in various governorates of the Kingdom.

In the same context, Mr. Khaled Ahmed Al-Khaja, Senior Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at the Housing Bank, confirmed that by participating in this initiative, the bank will provide consultations to citizens and provide solutions that enable them to choose the appropriate type of financing. Citizens will also be introduced to the financing facilities through the banks participating in the program through the Betty digital calculator Pointing out that the bank will present social housing projects implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens benefiting from financing programs.

Al Khaja explained that the "Beity" real estate platform will be available to citizens with all its electronic services, including the service of reserving residential units and completing the necessary procedures in an easy and immediate manner, in order to achieve an integrated experience within one platform, in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

 Al Khaja stressed that the mobile branch allows visitors to view a variety of real estate options compatible with housing financing, within the "Tasheel +" and "Tasheel" programs of various types and the new category of the "Mazaya" program, which includes residential units, vouchers and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The digital platform also allows the flexibility to view real estate details provided by companies using advanced visual display technologies.
