This came during two induction workshops organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning on the regulatory requirements in the areas of housing projects and the guideline organized for them by the Secretariat of the Capital and the Municipal Council of the Northern Region, which is based on the approval of a draft resolution by the distinguished Council of Ministers to amend the organizational requirements for reconstruction in the areas of housing projects as part of its awareness-raising and education campaign for municipal councils on the decision issued in the interest of the beneficiaries and to respond to queries received from citizens about the decision.

During the workshop, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning called for the need to adhere to regulatory requirements that strike a balance between maintaining the architectural and civilized character of housing areas and the requirements of citizens, noting the importance of obtaining building permits prior to the commencement of construction work and additions, taking advantage of the content of the guide available to all through the Ministry's website.
