"Housing" concludes contracts to implement the "Wadi Al Sail" housing project

The Ministry of Housing signed contracts to build the "Wadi Al-Sail" housing project, funded by the Gulf Development Program, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, Engineer Salman Al-Jasser, representative of Saleh Abdullah Al-Muhanna and his contracting partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a number of senior employees of the ministry.

        The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing, Sheikh Khalid bin Hammoud Al Khalifa, stated that the Wadi Al-Sail housing project includes 234 housing units, and that the implementation period will amount to about 20 months, indicating that the project represents a new housing gain in addition to the achievements made in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the beloved monarch of the country, may God protect him, and a new step towards implementing His Majesty's high order to build 40,000 new housing units.

 

 

The agent also indicated that this Wadi Al-Sail project is one of the projects that reflects the vision of the esteemed government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the distinguished Prime Minister and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister And to ensure adequate housing for citizens according to the highest quality standards and as quickly as possible.

Sheikh Khalid bin Hammoud stressed that the design of the project comes according to the latest specifications followed in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as it was taken into consideration to raise the quality of life in the design and increase the green area of ​​the project, as well as applying the concepts of sustainability and preserving the environment through the use of solar energy in operating the lighting poles.
