The Ministry indicated that it is based on its winning the Excellence Award in Communicating with Auditors “Communication” during government meetings for four times in a row, which reflects the level reached by the Ministry in interacting with the observations of citizens, and its continuous eagerness to resolve all complaints received by it, to achieve the goal of developing The quality of services and government performance sought by the esteemed government.
The Ministry of Housing added that the goals of the “Tawasul” program help the decision-makers in the Kingdom to follow up on citizens ’affairs and pay attention to their observations, and ensure that government agencies operate with the required efficiency, which determines the features of the way the future government works.

The Ministry of Housing also indicated that the system is witnessing a remarkable increase in terms of increasing the number of its users, and the interaction of the ministry’s departments in responding to inquiries and complaints, as it monitored about 598 inquiries about existing housing requests in the first quarter of this year, and nearly 200 inquiries about new applications, and more than 80 inquiries about funding requests, noting that the incoming communications vary between regular inquiries about housing services and projects, and urgent ones that require a case study and take the appropriate decision about it in light of the data results and the results of the case study.
