The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank inaugurated today, Wednesday, the eighth edition of the Mobile Branch of Housing Finance Initiative, at City Centre Bahrain Complex, which continues to receive citizens until Sunday, July 19, daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm near Gate A.

The first day of the initiative witnessed the reception of citizens wishing to learn about the available financing and housing options, and to obtain direct consultations regarding the programs and services provided by the Ministry and the Housing Bank, in addition to answering inquiries related to the benefit criteria and required procedures.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed that the opening of the eighth edition comes as an extension of the success achieved by the initiative during its previous editions, and within the framework of keenness to enhance direct communication channels with citizens, and provide housing and financing services and consultations in easily accessible locations, which contributes to simplifying procedures and helping citizens choose solutions that suit their needs and capabilities.

The mobile branch includes representatives from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank, to provide a comprehensive explanation of housing financing programs, their provisions and criteria for benefiting from them, in addition to introducing the «Ambitious» program as complementary financing, and the new digital services available through the «Bayti» real estate platform.

The branch also provides citizens with information about government land development rights program projects, and the various real estate units and options they provide that are compatible with housing financing programs, allowing beneficiaries broader opportunities to choose suitable housing in a number of residential sites and projects.

Branch visitors will learn about the mechanisms for benefiting from the digital services available via the interactive digital screen dedicated to the «Bayti» real estate platform, which includes monitoring the status of housing demand, booking residential properties electronically, and benefiting from the digital real estate valuation service, which reduces the procedures and time required, and supports the speed of completing residential ownership steps.

It is noteworthy that the Mobile Branch Initiative for Housing Finance was launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in cooperation with the Housing Bank, with the aim of reaching citizens in various governorates of the Kingdom. Previous versions held in a number of commercial complexes witnessed a turnout from citizens to benefit from the consultations and services provided, and to learn closely about the latest developments in housing programs and options.
