The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are organizing the sixth edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative, during the period from Wednesday, November 5, 2025, until Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at the "Marassi Galleria" complex at the entrance to Gate No. (2), with the aim of introducing housing options and solutions and providing consultations to citizens.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed that this initiative comes as a continuation of the launch of the "Ambition" program and the creation of three new digital services through the "Beity" real estate platform, where direct communication will be made with citizens to provide them with information and answer their inquiries about how to benefit from these services, in addition to providing consultations and explaining the provisions and standards of housing financing directly and immediately.
The ministry explained that the initiative will provide all consultations related to the "Ambition" program, which is one of the additional financing options recently launched by the ministry, as it allows beneficiaries of "Tasheel" and "Tasheel+" financing, in addition to previous beneficiaries of purchase financing for the purpose of owning an apartment, the possibility of obtaining additional government-subsidized financing worth 20 thousand Bahraini dinars to move to a larger property.
In the same context, the Housing Bank stressed the importance of introducing citizens to the new digital services that have been introduced in the "Beity" real estate platform for citizens, which aims to facilitate procedures for those who are about to benefit from one of the options of housing financing programs through an integrated electronic system that provides updated information about the application process and the party responsible for each stage, which contributes to accelerating procedures and enhancing the efficiency and quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
The platform will be physically available in the complex through an interactive digital screen that allows citizens to experience its electronic services, which display about 13,400 properties compatible with the "Tasheel +" and "Tasheel" programs of various types and the new category of the "Mazaya" program, which includes residential units, vouchers and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in addition to the new features it includes, which are: following up on the status of the application, booking the residential property electronically, and "digital real estate valuation".
It is worth noting that the mobile branch initiative comes within the context of initiatives and meetings that aim to enhance awareness of housing finance and digital services, and continue direct communication with citizens in their various locations, within the framework of joint efforts that bring together the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank together, to continue organizing meetings and lectures in various ministries, agencies and companies in a way that contributes to expanding the circle of beneficiaries of immediate services.
