Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, stressed the prominent role of the Bahraini engineer in implementing development projects taking place in all sectors of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning pointed out that Bahraini Engineer's Day, which falls on October 15 of each year, represents an opportunity to celebrate the achievements made by Bahraini engineers in various institutions and sectors in serving the nation and citizens.
Minister Al Rumaihi expressed her pride in all members of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, engineers who work in serving the housing sector and engineering Bahrain's housing cities, praising the role of Bahraini engineers in the public and private sectors, who contribute from their work sites to serving pioneering national projects.
Minister Al Rumaihi stressed the Ministry's continued keenness to develop engineering competencies, raise the professional level of engineers, and enable them to gain more experience that keeps pace with developments in urban and engineering practices and developments.
Minister Al Rumaihi also recalled the efforts of engineers over the past years, which contributed to providing the housing process with engineering ideas and plans that were developed from the fields of housing, architecture, and sustainable urban development.
Minister Al Rumaihi expressed her thanks and appreciation to all Bahraini male and female engineers on this occasion, wishing them continued success.
