The fifth edition of the "Mobile Housing Finance Branch" initiative concludes this evening, which lasted for five days at the Alinma Complex, organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank, and which witnessed a wide turnout from citizens.
The Ministry affirmed its keenness to continue organizing this initiative in various governorates of the Kingdom according to a specific timetable, with the aim of expanding the base of beneficiaries and reaching the largest possible segment of citizens. She pointed out that the sixth edition of the initiative will be held at the Marassi Galleria complex in Muharraq Governorate during the period from November 5 to 9, 2025.
The Ministry explained that the "Betty Real Estate" platform contributed to providing integrated housing solutions, including residential units, vouchers and apartments in various governorates, supported by the virtual roaming feature. The platform also provided the service of reserving units and completing procedures immediately, in line with the "Tasheel", "Tasheel +" programs, the "Mazaya" program, and the new category thereof.
Representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank also provided direct financing consultations to citizens, in addition to introducing the provisions and standards of financing, which contributes to facilitating their obtaining appropriate financing to purchase the required property. The initiative allowed citizens to benefit from advisory services regarding choosing the most appropriate type of financing, learning about the facilities provided by participating banks, in addition to reviewing the social housing projects being implemented within the government land development rights program.
It is worth noting that the "Mobile Branch" initiative comes within a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing citizens' awareness of housing services and ways to benefit from them, as similar editions were previously organized in the City Center Bahrain Complex, the Avenues Complex, the Ramli Complex, and the Country Mall, in addition to the Innovation Conference and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector, as well as events and lectures organized in cooperation with government and private entities.
