Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the projects under implementation within the government land development rights program in partnership with the private sector are witnessing a continuous acceleration in terms of completion rates, noting that the completion rate in the "Hay Al Naseem" project implemented in partnership with the "Dilmon Gate" company reached 79%, while the completion rate in the "Al Wadi" project in the Buhair area, implemented by the "Al Saraya" company, reached about 59%, while the completion rate in the "project" advancedHorat Sanad, implemented by the "Ants" group, to 15%.
Regarding the "Al Naseem District" project in Salman City, which provides 131 housing units, the Minister explained that the project is currently witnessing rapid progress in construction work within the final finishing phase of the project and electricity connections to the units, noting that the total area of the project is estimated at about 23 thousand square meters, and the areas of the housing units range between 171 and 190 square meters, while the building area for each housing unit is 265 square meters The project is expected to be completed by the end of the last quarter of 2025.
Regarding the "Wadi" project in the Al-Buhair area, which provides 76 housing units, Minister Al-Rumaihi reported that the construction of the concrete structure for a number of units has been completed, while construction work has been completed in other units, which includes the stages of dyeing and final finishing, and the project is being built on an area of 20 thousand square meters.
Regarding the "Hora Sanad" project, which provides 47 housing units, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning said that the project is currently in the foundation implementation phase, as it will be built on an area of 10,000 square meters. 
Minister Al-Rumaihi explained that the policy followed by companies to implement the program's projects is based on implementing the construction work of the units in addition to the infrastructure work at the same time, with the aim of completing the projects according to the specified time plan and thus quickly delivering the units to the beneficiaries, noting that project planning includes the service facilities necessary to provide a suitable housing environment for citizens.

Minister Al-Rumaihi explained that the projects of the government land development rights program are witnessing a wide turnout by citizens benefiting from the housing financing program options, which is evident from the exhaustion of unit reservations in record time when the projects of "Al-Naseem District" in Salman City, and "Al-Wadi in Al-Buhair Region" were launched at the exhibition accompanying the Innovation Conference in the Social Housing Sector, through reservations on the map, as the units of the "Suhail" project had previously been exhausted In the Al-Lawzi area, shortly after the project was launched in the second edition of the Housing Finance Exhibition organized by the Ministry in 2023. 
The Minister pointed out that the auctions that were launched during the recent period to expand the implementation of projects within the framework of the program are witnessing an increasing demand from real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which reflects confidence in the outcomes of the program's projects.
She expressed her happiness at the signing of memoranda of understanding by 4 of the largest real estate companies at the national and international levels to implement the Khalifa City project, which provides more than 3,000 residential units and apartments, coinciding with the opening of the Innovation Conference and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector last April. These are an alliance of the Chinese companies "Nasij" and "CMEC", the "Al-Muayyad" Group, the Saudi company "Retal", in addition to the Malaysian company "WCT Berhad".
The Minister said that the first phase of the government land development rights program project plan is based on the construction of 11 housing projects, which are being implemented in a number of governorates of the Kingdom, bringing the total number of projects implemented by the Ministry over two years to more than 7,000 residential units and apartments, from which citizens benefit through the housing financing program options, noting that this program is one of the main paths to increase the real estate stock in the Kingdom To keep pace with the increasing demand for housing financing, which achieves the goals of the government's 2023-2026 program.
