On this occasion, Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Housing Bank, stated that the exhibition witnessed, over the past days, great interaction by citizens with the exclusive offers presented by the real estate companies participating in the exhibition, which amounted to more than 15 thousand properties.In addition to special financing offers provided by participating banks.
Minister Al Rumaihi said that the Innovation Conference and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector witnessed a remarkable turnout from citizens, especially with the launch of 4 new housing programs that contributed to diversifying and increasing the real estate stock, and also enabled citizens to benefit from the housing financing program and obtain adequate housing.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning indicated that 4 new programs have been announced, namely: the «Ambition» program, the «Off-Plan Sale» program for beneficiaries of government land development rights program projects, and the «Private Land Development Rights» program, in addition to the launch of the second version of the platform.«My Home» Real Estate, which comes with additional features and features.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning praised the efforts of private sector partners in companies, real estate developers and commercial banks and the cooperation they provided during the exhibition period in facilitating citizens’ procedures and providing the necessary support regarding financing services and real estate products.
Minister Al-Rumaihi indicated that the exhibition witnessed a large demand for reserving units for the "Al-Wadi" projects in the Al-Buhair area, and "Al-Naseem" in Salman City, which was presented by the Housing Bank at the exhibition and which comes within the government land development rights program, which reflects the high rate of demand for the program’s project units..
It is worth noting that the exhibition witnessed the display of more than 15,000 properties, including units, plots, and apartments, at special prices commensurate with the value of housing financing provided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to citizens, the participation of more than 16 real estate companies, and the participation of 5 commercial banks.
