The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the expiration of the reservation for units of the "Al-Naseem Neighborhood" project in Salman City in the Northern Governorate, which is being implemented within the projects included in the government land development rights program, in partnership with the "Dilmun Real Estate Gate" company, during the company’s participation in a pavilion in the Innovation Exhibition in the Housing Sector.Social.
The "Al Naseem Neighborhood" project consists of 131 residential units in Salman City, with a total area estimated at 23 thousand square meters.The areas of the residential units range between 171 and 190 square meters, while the building area for each residential unit is 265 square meters.
The project comes within the government land development rights program in partnership with the private sector, where the units were built in partnership with the "Dilmun Gate" company and were displayed to citizens benefiting from the housing financing program, provided that the unit prices do not exceed 98 thousand dinars, and the project location is distinguished by the availability of all infrastructure services.
For her part, Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, stated that the exhaustion of the units of the "Al Naseem Neighborhood" project in Salman City reflects citizens’ demand for the immediate and innovative services offered by the Ministry in cooperation with the private sector to provide adequate housing for citizens without waiting periods.
Her Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning indicated that the great demand from citizens for immediate financing programs motivates the Ministry to expand the paths of the housing financing program and the government land development rights program, in addition to the "private land development rights" program, which was announced during the opening of the conference, with the aim of increasing the stock.Real estate in the Kingdom to accommodate the increasing growth in demand for housing financing By providing support to real estate development companies to implement social housing projects on their own lands and making them available to beneficiaries of financing.
It is worth noting that the "Al Naseem Neighborhood" project in Salman City is located in a distinctive location overlooking the sea from three sides, and is characterized by easy access, in addition to the presence of its own entrances and exits.
