The Minister added that the way to make these options work requires increasing the supply of housing projects that are commensurate with the value of funding benefiting citizens. s Land Development Rights Programme in partnership with the private sector, The real estate sector is also encouraged to increase the supply of real estate developers' projects at competitive prices and to accommodate citizens' appetite for financing options.

In the context of the Government Land Development Rights Programme, the Ministry has launched 7 housing projects so far. 4 housing projects have been launched in Salman City, in addition to two projects in the areas of Al-Bahir and Hura Sanad, after the completion of the implementation stages of the project "Suhail Al-Haqani" in the Luzi suburb.
