Inimplementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin HamadAl Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, regarding holding events andexhibitions that contribute to introducing housing financing services andprograms, Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housingand Urban Planning, announced the launch of the third edition of the HousingFinance Exhibition at the Housing Finance Complex. City Center Bahrain, from 8to 17 February.
Minister Amna AlRumaihi stated that the third edition of the Housing Finance Exhibitionwitnesses a significant increase in the number of real estate developmentcompanies and real estate agents participating in the exhibition. The totalnumber of participating companies is 28, offering over 10,000 diverseproperties at prices that align with housing financing options. Additionally,eight banks and commercial institutions are participating in the housingfinance program.
TheMinistry also provides a joint pavilion in which the Ministry of Housing andUrban Planning and the Housing Bank participate to provide financialconsultations to citizens, in addition to the participation of the UrbanPlanning and Development Authority through its platform, which allows citizenswho are considering benefiting from “Facilitation of Cooperation” the abilityto verify the classification of the property and the possibility of dividingit, in addition to services. Others made available by the Authority tocitizens.
Minister of Housingand Urban Planning further stated that the objective of organizing the HousingFinance Exhibition is to continue educating citizens about the types andbenefits of financial services and providing appropriate consultations to eachcitizen interested in benefiting from housing financing services. Theexhibition also showcases the government's land development rights projects andoffers exclusive deals on properties and banking financing for citizens whowish to avail themselves of the "Facilitation" and "New CategoryBenefits" financing options.
Al-Rumaihi addedthat the exhibition is at the forefront of the initiatives launched by theministry to enhance citizen communication services. The exhibition bringstogether all stakeholders in the housing finance services system for citizensin one place, making it easier for them to choose the appropriate service. Shementioned that the ministry's communication initiatives in this regard extendto include remote financial consultation services, which have recently beenlaunched and have gained significant popularity among citizens. Additionally,the ministry has implemented a mobile branch initiative in the NorthernGovernorate as part of a plan to implement the initiative in all the Kingdom'sprovinces.
MinisterAl-Rumaihi called on citizens to visit the exhibition, which will be availablefor 10 days, to benefit from the diversity of real estate and financingoptions, and to obtain suitable housing through immediate services.
