The Northern Governorate, in coordination with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank, organized the “Mobile Branch for Housing Finance” initiative in the Ramli Mall, which will continue until Saturday, January 13, and aims to provide consultations to citizens wishing to benefit from the housing finance program, in the presence of Brigadier General Abdullah Ali Rashid. At the opening of the mobile branch for housing finance, Brigadier General Abdullah Ali Rashid Maantar, Deputy Governor of the Northern Governorate, praised the fruitful cooperation between the governorate and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in organizing such initiatives that contribute to introducing citizens to new housing services, and making it easier for citizens to obtain financial advice and answer questions. Inquiries related to the standards and provisions for benefiting from the housing financing program, and reviewing the latest services and various financing programs offered by it, calling on citizens in the areas of the Northern Governorate to visit the headquarters of the mobile branch in the Ramli Complex and benefit from the housing consultation services provided by the Ministry to citizens.
Brigadier General Abdullah Ali Maantar said that this initiative comes within the framework of the Northern Governorate’s efforts to organize events and programs that serve the people of the governorate, in a way that benefits citizens, and facilitates access to social services for them, noting the governorate’s keenness to organize more initiatives in coordination with ministries and government agencies to ensure It benefits citizens.
For his part, Mr. Haitham Sami Kamal, Director of the Communications Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the “Mobile Branch for Housing Finance” initiative is one of the initiatives that the Ministry recently introduced with the aim of enhancing the provision of financial consultations to citizens and closely answering all inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing financing, pointing out: This initiative comes as an extension of other initiatives undertaken by the Ministry to achieve these goals, including organizing two editions of the Housing Finance Exhibition in the City Center Bahrain complex, and developing electronic services through the Ministry’s website by adding interactive services, including launching the “Remote Financing Consultation” service, and the “Remote Financial Consultation” service. Book advance appointments through the “Skiplino” system, which allows the citizen to come to the customer service center and obtain financial advice from the center’s employee, in addition to linking the website to the national system for complaints and suggestions “Tawasul.” The Ministry also organizes financing lectures to introduce citizens to housing financing in various regions of the Kingdom. , government agencies and private sector institutions.
