This came during the joint meeting that brought together the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing, Her Excellency Sheikha Dina bint Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant Secretary-General, and Ms. Abeer Mohammed Daham, Director of the Women's Support Center at the Supreme Council for Women, and on the part of the Ministry of Housing, Ms. Maryam Al-Fulaiti, Director of the Housing Services Department, attended, And Professor Naseem Al-Jabal, Head of the Social Research Group, at the Office of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing on Thursday morning.
His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing explained that coordination and cooperation with the Supreme Council for Women is carried out according to a clear and continuous mechanism in order to provide the right of usufruct to Bahraini women who are breadwinners after studying those cases, and granting them a "housing allowance" upon acceptance of the request for some eligible groups, in addition to the joint cooperation with the Council within The "Masaken" project, as the expansion of this project is according to the available capabilities and according to the standards adopted by the Ministry within what is specified by the requirements for acceptance of the fifth category.
During the meeting, Her Excellency Sheikha Dina bint Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Women, stressed the importance of joint coordination and permanent cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, and the council's keenness to continue implementing the joint plan to achieve stability for Bahraini women and their families as one of the priorities of the national plan for the advancement of Bahraini women through finding services Housing that provides a decent living.
