The Ministry of Housing confirmed the increase in the diversity of its housing services provided to citizens with housing requests, explaining that it is constantly working in accordance with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Great Country, may God protect him, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him To provide an integrated housing system based on the axis of creating immediate housing solutions that ensure the citizen to benefit immediately from housing services, and to achieve successful partnerships with the private sector in many projects, in addition to the great digital transformation to provide housing services, in order to achieve the objectives of the Economic Vision 2030 of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and in line with the program of the government.
This came during a meeting of the Ministry of Housing and the Housing Bank with the Islamic Development Bank, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and National Economy at the Ministry’s headquarters. The meeting touched on ways of cooperation and partnership with the private sector and development institutions, especially the Islamic Development Bank, regarding financing various housing programs. The innovative and immediate is working to launch new housing finances commensurate with all the aspirations of housing applicants, pointing out that it seeks to organize the housing service in a qualitative manner and supplement the national economy through the benefit of the parties participating in the housing programs from beneficiaries, developers, financiers and others.
The Ministry of Housing also reviewed the development of the modern housing experience in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where it outlined the plans and objectives of the Ministry calling for the establishment of comprehensive sustainable housing cities similar to the modern housing cities that were inaugurated in the various governorates of the Kingdom, in line with the UN goals for sustainable development 2030, specifically the eleventh goal related to " Making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable”, which has made it a priority national goal, and has come a long way in implementing this long-established goal. In addition to discussing the financing of the housing development plan, and a review of the current modern housing programs, as well as the upcoming new financing programs, which offer a rich diversity through the different housing options and solutions it offers, aiming to find more creative initiatives and creative and financing solutions to develop the housing file and facilitate the citizens For the benefit and good of the comprehensive development renaissance of this dear country.
