Engineer Bassem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamar, Minister of Housing, confirmed that the completion rates of the project of implementing 303 housing units in Salman City amounted to 75%, indicating that it is hoped that the implementation of the project will be completed and the units will be delivered to the beneficiaries during the current year.

He added that the minister that this project comes within the ministry's efforts to implement the housing obligations contained in the current government program, and that the project units had previously been allocated to citizens within the framework of the program for implementing the orders of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister to distribute housing units on the citizens.

The Minister of Housing noted the increase in the pace of completion to hand over the project in the coming months, according to the agreed implementation plan, noting that the infrastructure and services accompanying the project to build 303 fully qualified housing units, which contributes to the speedy delivery of units to beneficiaries as soon as the completion percentages are completed.

Engineer Al-Hamar pointed out that the design and implementation of these units is carried out according to a developed residential model, with a modern and modern design, on the island site No. 14, where the housing unit consists of four bedrooms, two halls, a Majlis, a kitchen, a garden, and parking for two cars, in addition to a view of the waterfront. Most of the residential units have walking paths and exercise in line with the ministry’s strategy to provide an integrated living environment in all respects and stability in a modern, modern house that meets its needs.

Engineer Al-Hamar confirmed that the project accomplished about 2,000,000 million man-hours without accidents or injuries and under the supervision of the Ministry's engineers, as "Housing" pays great attention to health and safety requirements in implementing its housing projects and ensuring compliance with safety requirements in parallel with the speed of completion.
