The Ministry of Housing continued the process of handing over keys in the cities of Salman and East Al Hidd to the eligible applicants within the lists it prepared in advance, which comes within the framework of the royal directives to provide 40,000 housing units, and in implementation of the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Council Ministers, may God protect him, distribute 2,000 additional housing units to citizens.
The ministry confirmed that the achievements of the housing march in the Kingdom were among the most prominent fruits of the new cities that directly contributed to housing the largest number of Bahraini families and achieving living stability for them, and the royal patronage of the social housing sector and unlimited support by the government, constituted a great incentive for the implementation of housing project plans. Bahrain's new cities and residential complex projects, in addition to partnership programs with the private sector.
The ministry indicated the integration of the action plan with regard to the establishment of new cities and development projects that contribute to creating more housing projects that citizens can benefit from, in order to achieve the objectives of the economic recovery plan, noting the continuation of the process of housing distributions to eligible citizens from various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain at an accelerated and continuous pace. within the schedule.
The Ministry of Housing stated that some of these projects are distinguished by their locations overlooking the waterfront, as well as providing walking and cycling paths, in addition to the availability of open spaces and interest in afforestation and green spaces, within the framework of the government's keenness to provide the elements of quality of life in housing projects. She indicated her constant keenness to provide housing and development requirements in order to provide the best services to citizens that meet all future aspirations.
