Engineer Bassem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamr, Minister of Housing, received in his office in the Ministry’s office His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Ali Hassan, a member of the Shura Council, and during the meeting a number of issues related to the housing file were discussed in the various governorates of the Kingdom.
The meeting dealt with ways to enhance joint cooperation between the Ministry of Housing and the Shura Council, and support the ministry’s plans to meet the requests on the waiting lists, by accelerating the pace of work on housing projects listed on the ministry’s plans. The progress of housing projects under implementation in the new cities of Bahrain, and plans were also reviewed. The Ministry to meet housing requests in the Kingdom's governorates in general.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Ali Hassan, a member of the Shura Council, offered his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister for the Ministry's efforts in providing social housing for citizens, expressing his readiness to cooperate with the Ministry to implement these plans and projects according to the timetables set for them.
