The Minister of Housing stated that the third phase of the "Qlaiaa" neighborhood represents the first of the projects listed in the timetable prepared by the ministry to implement the order of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to distribute and allocate 5,000 housing units, and that the ministry has notified the nominated citizens to come to the ministry this morning - Wednesday - to finish The procedures for this, taking all necessary precautionary and preventive measures.
The minister explained that the distribution of the third phase from East Hidd comes after the ministry’s earlier distribution of the first and second phases from that city within the framework of implementing the orders of His Highness the Crown Prince and the previous prime minister, indicating that Qula’a district is the third residential neighborhood that the ministry distributes after That it has already completed the distribution procedures for the Bu Shahin neighborhood, in addition to the Umm Al Shajar neighborhood, which includes the housing plots allocated to the project, as part of the interim plan for the distribution of housing units to the citizens.
The Minister of Housing stated that the distribution process will continue in successive installments in order to absorb the number of beneficiaries in an orderly manner, indicating that the units that are distributed in the Qlaia district have completed completion rates in terms of construction and infrastructure works.
He added that in addition to these ready-made housing units, the ministry has actually finished preparing gardens for children, open spaces, and afforestation works, as well as pedestrian and bicycle paths that extend along the coastal strip surrounding the city.
