In implementation of the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to distribute and allocate 5,000 housing units and services, Engineer Basem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamar, Minister of Housing, announced that the ministry had begun distributing housing vouchers for the Sitra project to the beneficiaries.
The Minister of Housing confirmed that the Sitra project is one of the main tributaries of the Ministry of Housing program of the High Royal Order of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the beloved King of the country, may God protect him, by building 40,000 housing units. It is useful that the start of distributions of Sitra project vouchers is the second of the projects listed in the schedule prepared by the Ministry to implement the order of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to distribute and allocate 5,000 housing units and services, and that the Ministry has notified the citizens nominated to complete the procedures for this, following all necessary precautionary and preventive measures .
Engineer Basem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamr added that in addition to these residential plots, the ministry is actually working on equipping a mosque, a garden and open spaces, as well as providing a range of services such as various shops.
On the sidelines of his initiation of the distribution procedures, the "red" stressed the ministry's utmost keenness to speed up work on all projects in order to receive eligible citizens for housing services as soon as possible. He also stressed that the Ministry of Housing is seeking to accelerate completion rates in all stages of work on the Sitra project, similar to the rest of the housing projects that are being worked out simultaneously, with the aim of speeding delivery of housing services to the beneficiaries.
