The committee also considers grievances submitted by beneficiaries or applicants for housing projects in relation to The priority of the request in obtaining housing services, the non-acceptance of the request, or the denial of applying for housing services.
The committee is also responsible for tracking cases of non-registration of beneficiaries with the conditions under which they were granted the right to benefit from the housing service, as well as looking into cases that require correcting the legal status of benefiting from the housing service, and setting the necessary standards to deal with repeated cases.
