The Ministry of Housing has announced the start of connecting the electrical current to all housing units in the remaining part of the Ramli suburb housing project, starting today - Thursday - as a prelude to receiving the beneficiaries of their units within the coming days as soon as possible.
The Ministry said that the efforts and follow-up of His Excellency Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Development Projects and Infrastructure have contributed to the success of efforts to connect the electrical current to the remaining part of Al Ramli units, which will be reflected in the speed of citizens receiving their units and moving to a headquarters Their new residence.
The Ministry indicated that it was keen during the last period to form a working group to coordinate the speed of delivering the current to the units, especially since the Ministry is keen on the speed of handing the units to the citizens similar to the other batches of the project that had previously received their units, stressing its complete and continuous keenness on enabling citizens to benefit from All housing services in general, which contributes to achieving stability for their lives.
The Ministry noted that it had already indicated that it had already completed the implementation of the internal electricity network for the entire project before handing down the first batches to the beneficiaries, and the Electricity and Water Authority delivered the electrical current to the largest part of the units, which contributed to the speed of citizens receiving their housing units, reassuring the beneficiaries of Those units that the 6-month deadline granted by the Ministry to the citizen will be calculated before stopping the payment of the bonus to him, to start from the date of receiving the keys to the housing unit.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Housing had continued procedures for handing over units to citizens benefiting from Ramli suburb housing during the holy month of Ramadan, which had been halted due to the current health conditions related to fighting the new Corona virus as a benefit 19, by applying precautionary measures and receiving citizens in batches in order to avoid delay Delivery of units, and that these procedures have gone very smoothly and the largest segment has actually been able to receive their units.
