Pursuant to the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, First Deputy Prime Minister to distribute 5,000 housing units within the framework of the royal directives, Dr. Khaled Al-Haidan, Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Policies and Services at the Ministry of Housing, announced the handing of certificates of ownership apartments in the city of Salman Located in the northern governorate.
Al-Haidan said that the Salman City project is one of the major projects included in the ministry’s program to implement the order of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, may God protect him and sponsor him, by building 40 thousand housing units, in addition to the housing commitment contained in the current government program.
He added that the city of Salman is considered one of the model cities, as it is characterized by the presence of beaches and areas designated for its public parks, as it links its islands with a sophisticated network of roads and bridges, noting that the city was designed to be connected to a number of main entrances to accommodate the traffic movement of the residents and visitors of the region, with Taking into account the provision of dedicated paths for pedestrians and bicycles, with stops for public transport cars in addition to providing major and subsidiary power stations, a water station and another for wastewater treatment, and the presence of major services and facilities such as mosques, nurseries and kindergartens, schools, a mosque , A major hospital and health centers and clinics, sports city with a football stadium, in addition to the open gardens, as well as interior design, which comes within the modern designs of the fifth generation of residential buildings carried out by the ministry in the new housing cities and projects of residential complexes provinces of the Kingdom.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Policies and Housing Services at the Ministry of Housing noted that the distribution of Salman City units is one of the housing projects that the Ministry is distributing within the framework of the Ministry's timetable to implement the order of His Highness the Crown Prince to distribute 5,000 housing units, distributed over the projects of new Bahrain cities and projects of housing complexes in the governorates of the Kingdom.
