The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in cooperation with the Housing Bank, concluded the work of the eighth edition of the initiative «Mobile Branch for Housing Finance», which was hosted by City Center Bahrain Complex, after five days of receiving citizens and providing an integrated package of housing and financing services and consultations.
The initiative witnessed interaction from citizens wishing to learn about financing and housing programs, as the Ministry and Housing Bank team provided direct consultations on mechanisms for benefiting from services, and answered various inquiries related to housing solutions and options.
Visitors were also briefed on housing financing programs, including «Tasleel», «Tasleel+», «Mazaya» and the new category, in addition to the «Ambitious» program, in addition to the digital services provided by the «Bayti» real estate platform, which enables citizens to follow up on their requests, reserve properties, and benefit from the digital real estate valuation service, which contributes to accelerating ownership procedures.
The Ministry confirmed that the initiative comes within its ongoing efforts to bring services closer to citizens and enhance access to housing and financing programs in various governorates of the Kingdom, in line with digital transformation trends and improving the quality of services provided.
The Ministry explained that the ninth edition of the initiative «Mobile Branch for Housing Finance» will be held next August, calling on citizens to benefit from the services and consultations that the initiative will provide during its days.
It is noteworthy that the initiative «Mobile Branch for Housing Finance» is organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in cooperation with the Housing Bank, as part of a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing direct communication with citizens, introducing housing and financing programs and services and facilitating their benefit.
