During the period from September 3 to 7 The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank organize the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative at City Center Bahrain Complex

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are organizing the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative, during the period extending from Tuesday, September 3, 2025 until Sunday, September 7, 2025, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening at the City Center complex at the entrance to Gate No. (1), with the aim of introducing housing finance and providing advice to citizens wishing to benefit from this service.
In this regard, Mr. Haitham Muhammad Kamal, Director of the Communications Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the initiative comes within the Ministry's efforts, in coordination with the Housing Bank, to continue introducing citizens to housing financing as one of the immediate services that enables them to choose the most appropriate housing and financing in accordance with their needs.
He added that the fourth edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch initiative is an extension of the success achieved by the previous three editions, in light of the positive turnout and interaction from citizens, as the branch provides direct communication with citizens to provide financing consultations to citizens and answer all questions and inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing finance directly and immediately, pointing out that the Ministry continues to introduce citizens to housing services and enhance awareness of immediate housing finance services A number of housing finance exhibitions have been organized in a number of shopping malls over the past period, in addition to a conference and exhibition on innovation in the social housing sector, in addition to ongoing introductory lectures in ministries, agencies, companies, and events held in cooperation with members of the House of Representatives.
The Director of the Communications Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning stated that the Ministry aims, through these programs and initiatives, to continue enhancing direct communication with citizens through various means, which contributes to introducing housing services and enhancing the benefit from housing financing programs.

In the same context, Mr. Khaled Ahmed Al Khaja, Senior Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at the Housing Bank, confirmed that the initiative aims to continue introducing citizens to financing facilities and providing consultations and appropriate solutions that enable citizens to choose the type of financing through the Betty digital calculator, adding that the bank will present social housing projects that are implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens benefiting from financing programs.
Al Khaja explained that the "Beity" real estate platform will be available to citizens with all its electronic services, which will display about 13,000 properties compatible with the "Tasheel +" and "Tasheel" programs of various types and the new category of the "Mazaya" program, which includes residential units, vouchers and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The digital platform also allows the flexibility to view the details of properties provided by companies using advanced visual display technologies.
