The Ministry of Works has confirmed the implementation of parking development work on Sheikh Abdullah Street in the city of Muharraq, opposite the Grand Isa Palace, as part of a comprehensive plan to develop the infrastructure of the city of Muharraq and enhance its urban and service components.
The Ministry stated that the project aims to prepare the urban environment surrounding the palace and the surrounding areas in a way that suits the historical character of the area, and serves the needs of the people and visitors, in addition to improving the flow of traffic, and providing organized parking that contributes to raising the efficiency of public services and enhancing the attractiveness of the area.
The Ministry of Works also stressed its keenness to fully coordinate with the relevant authorities to ensure the implementation of the project according to the specified timetable, in a way that contributes to achieving the objectives of the integrated development plan for the city of Muharraq and preserving its authentic architectural character.
