Pursuant to the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers, to provide 6,900 housing services to citizens, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the commencement of procedures for the provision of ownership services to beneficiary citizens, and coordination with banks funded to disburse housing finance for "facilitation" and ".
Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, stated that the Ministry had begun to receive the first payments to the beneficiaries of the ownership services at the Ministry's building, after finalizing the inventory of all candidates to benefit from these services.
The Minister also noted that, in conjunction with the presence of citizens benefiting from the ownership services in the Ministry's building, the banks funded by the programs "Facilitation" and "Benefits of the created category" in communicating with citizens candidates to benefit from financing services to attend banks and terminate the procedures for disbursement of financing amounts, noting that the Ministry and Housing Bank communicated with the banks financed after the issuance of the order of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to implement the joint plan to provide housing services to citizens.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning stressed that the Ministry's task forces and banks are keen to provide all necessary facilities for citizens to complete the procedures for each service, as well as to accelerate the pace of access to housing services according to the schedule prepared, and reiterated its congratulations to the citizens benefiting from the distribution of housing services, wishing them blessed housing and lasting reconciliation.
