Minister Al-Rumaihi pointed out that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are constantly modernizing the services provided to citizens, whether through its digital platforms or the Customer Service Center, in order to ensure that housing services are provided to citizens at the best possible quality standards.
