Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed AlRumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, appreciated the efforts of allreal estate companies and banks participating in the Housing Finance Exhibitionin its third edition, and the great cooperation they showed and their keennessto provide a large and diverse base of financing offers and housing projects,thus providing favorable opportunities for citizens to obtain housing servicewithin a short period.
Minister Al-Rumaihi expressed herwelcome to the participation of several real estate companies in the exhibitionand the “Bayti” real estate platform (baity.bh), stressing that thiscontributes to diversifying the housing options and solutions for citizens,praising the size of the partnership achieved between the government andprivate sectors to provide social housing services for citizens, and the positiveresults achieved by the partnership programs in providing thousands of housingservices to citizens.
This came during the inspection visitmade by Her Excellency Mrs. Amna Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and UrbanPlanning, to the Housing Finance Exhibition held at the City Center Bahraincomplex, which continues until February 17, in the presence of officials fromthe Ministry and the Housing Bank, where the Minister was briefed on the latestdevelopments in providing housing services to citizens through projects andfinancing offers available at the exhibition.
The Minister was also briefed on thelatest developments in the launch of the “Bayti” real estate platform, whichthe database indicates that there is a remarkable demand for visiting theplatform, learning about the projects and financing offers available throughit, and submitting requests to benefit from these residential services.
Minister Al-Rumaihi noted thecontinuous increase in the number of projects witnessed by the platform on adaily basis by real estate companies, which provides a larger base of projectsand programs that are suitable for “Tas’heel” and “Mazaya” financing, and thusbenefit citizens, appreciating the efforts of all those responsible for the“Bayti” platform and the Housing Finance Exhibition from both the public andprivate sectors, which aim to provide facilities and financial consultations tocitizens.
