Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, appreciated the efforts of all real estate companies and banks participating in the Housing Finance Exhibition in its third edition, and the great cooperation they showed and their keenness to provide a large and diverse base of financing offers and housing projects, thus providing favorable opportunities for citizens to obtain housing service within a short period.

Minister Al-Rumaihi expressed her welcome to the participation of several real estate companies in the exhibition and the “Bayti” real estate platform (baity.bh), stressing that this contributes to diversifying the housing options and solutions for citizens, praising the size of the partnership achieved between the government and private sectors to provide social housing services for citizens, and the positive results achieved by the partnership programs in providing thousands of housing services to citizens.

This came during the inspection visit made by Her Excellency Mrs. Amna Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, to the Housing Finance Exhibition held at the City Center Bahrain complex, which continues until February 17, in the presence of officials from the Ministry and the Housing Bank, where the Minister was briefed on the latest developments in providing housing services to citizens through projects and financing offers available at the exhibition.

The Minister was also briefed on the latest developments in the launch of the “Bayti” real estate platform, which the database indicates that there is a remarkable demand for visiting the platform, learning about the projects and financing offers available through it, and submitting requests to benefit from these residential services.

Minister Al-Rumaihi noted the continuous increase in the number of projects witnessed by the platform on a daily basis by real estate companies, which provides a larger base of projects and programs that are suitable for “Tas’heel” and “Mazaya” financing, and thus benefit citizens, appreciating the efforts of all those responsible for the “Bayti” platform and the Housing Finance Exhibition from both the public and private sectors, which aim to provide facilities and financial consultations to citizens.
