In implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to distribute 6,800 housing services to citizens, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning continued the procedures for handing over housing units to beneficiaries. Projects include Salman City, East Hidd City, and East Sitra City. The Ministry also continued the procedures for disbursing housing financing to citizens.
This Tuesday morning, the Ministry received citizens nominated for various projects within the ongoing schedule until the end of next February 2024, and provided them with an expanded explanation about the types of housing units, the electronic withdrawal mechanism, and the options available to them, in addition to introducing the subsequent services that the Ministry provides to them as beneficiaries of housing services.
The Ministry also continues the procedures for disbursing housing financing to citizens who apply to benefit from the three types of “Tas’heel” financing: “Real Estate Facilitation, Ta’awun Facilitation, and Home Al-Oud Facilitation,” in addition to financing the benefits of the new category through the Ministry’s website www.housing.gov.bh, or Through the national portal Bahrain.bh, the Ministry indicated that its doors are open to receive citizens wishing to obtain financial consultations before applying for financing to benefit from the various offers and options available to them according to their monthly income. Citizens can also book appointments for financial consultations via the “video call” service depending on the day. And the time that suits them through the Ministry’s website.
