Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, held a joint working meeting with Dr. Abdullah Yousef Talib, Chairman of the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions.
During the meeting, Her Excellency the Minister praised the Council’s efforts in facilitating the procedures for registering engineers working under the umbrella of the Ministry, which reflects their efforts to advance the Bahraini engineer and regulate the practices of this vital sector in the Kingdom.
Ways of coordinating joint work between the two sides and activating cooperation with Bahraini engineering offices in the private sector were also discussed.
For his part, Dr. Abdullah Yousef Talib, Chairman of the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions, praised the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s support for the Council’s efforts and programmes, pointing out the importance of activating more joint cooperation methods in a way that contributes to the advancement of the engineering sector.
