The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development participates in the Cityscape Bahrain Real Estate Exhibition at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, which is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him.
Regarding this participation, Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, affirmed the Ministry’s keenness to participate in the Cityscape Real Estate Exhibition in its second edition, to highlight its efforts in strengthening the partnership with the private sector to provide appropriate social housing for citizens, introduce various financing programs, and present Opportunities available to real estate developers through the government land rights development program, and providing more options for real estate developers to cooperate with the Ministry to develop partnership initiatives as a sustainable solution to diversify housing services.
Her Excellency explained that the Ministry’s pavilion at the exhibition provides consultations and presentations for housing financing programs, and interactive screens to display plans for housing projects and cities, with the aim of introducing visitors and informing them of the government’s efforts in the field of housing within the time plan it set for the sustainability of housing projects in the Kingdom.
The Minister of Housing appreciated the efforts made in this major real estate exhibition at the government and private sector levels, expressing her aspirations for it to achieve the desired success, in a way that contributes to the development of the national economy and enriching the real estate market with innovative real estate solutions, and in a way that consolidates the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain globally.
